ABOUT JULIE
Julie Perry is a wife, cat mom, and a Fairfax teacher in Northern Virginia who brings an inside wealth of information to education, economy, integrity, and common sense. A resident of Northern Virginia, Julie understands the challenges Virginia families face — from rising costs to economic uncertainty. Her career as a classroom teacher has allowed her to see the damage the left has done to the schools and allowed her to speak out firsthand about the corruption that is taking place in the schools. Now running for Congress, Julie is focused on restoring fiscal responsibility, ensuring a quality education, and ensuring national security policies while protecting the values that shape both our rural communities and our fast-growing suburbs.
Julie has led several fights against the schools in NOVA. She is not afraid to be a classroom teacher who stands up for the best interest of the children, even if it means standing up to giants like Goliath. Julie holds a master’s degree in education, which she received from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland. As a proud wife, cat mom, and teacher she is determined to build a stronger, safer, and more affordable America for the next generation. She and her husband Mike live along the Fairfax/Loudoun County line with their cat, Morpheus- reflecting a life grounded in the same values she’ll bring to Congress.
